I do recommend this place for anybody young or old. It is a good place to live. I'm seriously considering year 3 as well.

The staff and groundkeepers are great with responding to needs and or questions. The residents are respectful and kind to each other. The landscape,gym and parking areas are maintained daily.

Surrounding area includes bikes paths and retail shops for day to day needs groceries/gas/dining etc. My family has enjoyed there stay here for several years and will contniue in the future.

The main street Clair Del Ave looks congested and does not look like a quiet neighborhood, but the Clair Del Gardens Apartments are very nice, clean, and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the neighbors and the apartments are also very pleasant.

Clair Del Gardens is a safe, clean and welcoming place to live. I'm glad to have a patio and live in a dog-friendly complex.

Clair Del Gardens is a very friendly living environment, with helpful staff and exceptional maintenance workers. I love the sense of community that the staff provides and all the opportunities we get like monthly bingo or raffles. They also try and provide the best living situation for us.

This is a well maintained community. It is pet friendly and safe.

Moved into this Apt. in 2011. If I had any complaints it would be the parking. The service is good. Any time I have had a Problem it was fixed in due time. The turn over is great.

This apartment community is good for someone who likes to stay to themselves and relax it's quite and close to the freeway, shopping and parks I have been here for more than 5 years and its been a wonderful place to live. The Leasing office is Awesome!!!!!!!!

Good. The leasing agent very friendly and cooperative. He stands out as a leader and keeps a positive and friendly disposition. As well as the other staff, including maintenance.

Clair Del Gardens is a great apartment home. The grounds is always neat and clean, the office staff is amazingly welcoming and nice, and the maintenance crew rocks with their speedy service! Although a bit pricey, you do get what you pay for in comfort and reliability...I would definitely recommend this apartment building to friends!

Overall I would recommend this community to future tenants. The maintenance staff is very professional. Although located near a major road & the airport there is very rarely any problems with this. The grounds & landscaping are always well maintained

Maintenanceworker's are all very nice and hardworking. If i need help, you can always count on them. They offer and give help without hesitation. They're indeed an asset to the company

They do a really good job of keeping the surroundings clean. They also are very good at listening to any complains or concerns and fixing them ASAP. I love that both me and my dog can live here comfortably. If parking wasn't a problem, this would be the perfect apartment!

The staff and mangement here are fantastic. I love the apartment, and the facilities are beautiful. The studio is really big and comes with a nice shower and a nice kitchen furnished with the fridge and stove #What. For the prices you're paying in Long Beach this is the best bang for your buck.

We have lived in the Clair Del Garden Apartment since 2002 and have seen many people come and go. This Apartment experience has allowed us to meet some wonder people along the way. So for what ever your reason maybe to start a family or downsize into a one or two bedroom apartment, we have found it to be a very nice community and a willing leasing agent to assist us with our way of living in the apartment experience of life.
